What does it take to be a Thrive trainer?
As well as being an experienced Thrive Licensed Practitioner, and ideally a Thrive Course Leader, you will need to be passionate about the Thrive Approach and comfortable presentingand delivering training to other adults.
Thrive Trainers need to have an excellent knowledge of the theory that underpins Thrive and be confident in using Thrive-Online. They must be self-aware and able to self-regulate and reflect on their own emotional responses.
A Thrive Trainer is an active role model for Thrive and must embody the Approach; inspiring, encouraging and supporting others to work with children and adults in ways that will enhance their emotional health and help them engage with life and learning.
